To successfully confirm your reservation, an initial advance booking deposit is required per participant as detailed during checkout. The remaining trip balances must be cleared in full at least 15 days before the preferred departure date.
Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline might result in automatic reservation cancellation, and deposit amounts will be subject to our Cancellation Policies.
Adventure expeditions and coastal or high-altitude roadtrips (such as Goa or mountain loops) are subject to weather constraints, road blocks, landslides, or state administration directives. We reserve the right to alter routes, stays, and sequence of sightseeing elements without prior notice to guarantee participant safety. No refunds will be provided for itinerary blocks cut short by circumstances beyond our operational control.
The passenger agrees that staying healthy is their responsibility. High-altitude trips have levels of physical exertion and stress. Participants are required to declare any preexisting respiratory, cardiological, or neurological conditions before booking.
Our group trips are designed to cultivate a friendly, community-centric environment among strangers. We enforce zero tolerance towards harassment, physical or verbal violence, drug ingestion, or discriminatory comments. The trip caption/leader has the full authority to discharge a participant from the trip at any point without refund if they disrupt the harmony of the group.
All covenants, conditions, and legal conflicts arising between participants and Ghumne Chalein shall be subject exclusively to Delhi Jurisdiction.
